Want to know what those weedy things in your backyard are, and why the heck you can't get rid of them?  (You know, the ones you rip up every year, but remarkably keep coming back.)

Then join us at the not-for-profit Hudson Highlands Nature Museum's Outdoor Discovery Center for a FREE hands-on program, led by Hike New York founder Kali Bird

You'll hear a brief general overview of New York's invasive plant problem before heading outdoors for a one-mile invasive species identification walk-and-talk.  Be sure to stick around after the invasive species program to learn more about conserving wildlife habitat in your own backyard using native plants, and for the native plant sale!

For more information & to register, please contact the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum at (845) 534-5506.
